Supply Fees Due September 1 and February 1
Supply fees cover the cost of consumable classroom supplies, testing, textbooks, art, Spanish or French, computer, music, Physical Education, and student accident insurance.

Tuition Information
Tuition is due and payable on or before the 1st day of each month for the entire school year. A late charge of $5 per day (to a maximum late charge of $25) will be added after the 5th of the month. If a parent’s account becomes 5 days delinquent, after the 10th of the month, the children will not be able to attend classes. They may return to school only when the account is brought up to date. School records will only be released when all fees have been paid in full. There is a $30 fee charged for any tuition or fee check that is returned by the bank for insufficient funds. This fee is in addition to the late fee.
Registration Fee and Deposit Information
All new students pay a non-refundable registration fee of $100 and a deposit of $400. The $400 deposit is required at the time of enrollment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the last month of attendance, with 30 days written notice of withdrawal.
PRESENT students having a deposit with our school need to give 30 days written notice to the school in order to have their deposit credited to the last month of attendance. There is no cash refund for deposits that are not applied to tuition.
Overtime Policy
The overtime charge is $10.00 an hour per child. Any child picked up after 6:00 P.M. will be charged $1.00 a minute.
