- Maintain a routine
Set a meal schedule and try to maintain regular meal times. Do not give your child food in between the set meal and snack times and try to avoid excessive snacking as well. If your child chooses to skip a snack or a meal, the next meal should be the next scheduled time. Do not deviate from the schedule.
